Ryan Axling

Ryan has a passion for helping clients create a solid plan for their future. As someone who loves numbers and keeping clients organized, he specializes in customizing individual step-by-step financial security plans. These plans help identify wise investment and risk management options based on each individual, family, or business owner’s circumstances. Clients appreciate Ryan’s depth of knowledge and experience along with his access to specialists and other professionals to provide comprehensive advice. Ryan has been helping clients with investment and financial planning advice since 2003. He has received numerous service awards and top advisor recognition awards based on service and performance in current and prior roles. As someone who believes strongly in education, Ryan graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management Degree, majoring in Finance. Prior to university, he received a finance diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). He also holds the Professional Financial Planner (PFP) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute, Elder Planning Counselor (EPC) designation and is currently working towards his Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM) designation.

Married to Jessica since 2005, they enjoy spending time with their three children, Noah, Grace and Luke. Ryan, with his family, are involved in a number of community building events in Edmonton. As a family, they also support of a number of charitable organizations that are near and dear including; Haitian Children’s Aid Society, Stollery Children’s Hospital, and Home of Hope. In 2013, Ryan had the opportunity to volunteer at an orphanage in Haiti for two weeks and returned feeling blessed by the Haitian people.
